 AWS DevOps Engineer - Fulltime job, 40 hours per week - No of Openings: 5

$ 155,688.00 per year

 Work on utilizing AWS services like Route53, EBS, S3, EC2, Cloud Formation, CloudFront and Auto Scaling for deploying Java applications to the cloud. Work on Source code management client tools like GitHub, Git and other command line applications etc. Using the monitoring tools like Datadog, Dynatrace synthetics, Splunk monitoring and creating the alerts for the application. Solving the UI issues which the based on the java applications by running the OAT and CarbonDB tools. Implementing CI/CD allowing for deploy to multiple client AWS environments. Reviewing AWS issues using Datadog/AWS console/Doppler Splunk. Creating Alerts from Splunk/DTM. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required. 

Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information Systems/ Engineering (Any)/Business or closely related field with Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Developer or Analyst or Programmer or very closely related area. Employer also accepts Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information Systems /Engineering (Any)/Business or closely related field plus five years of progressive work experience in related field. 

Experience of Six (6) months with AWS or DevOps tools is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
